Shared data

Shared data is used to persist arbitrary variables. Data can be used in the operator application or during call processing (e.g. activation technical shutdowns). Settings are made in Messaging → Shared data.

When changed, the values ​​are immediately reflected in the operator applications using the event of all logged in users.

Settings

Group

A group specifying access rights to given shared data. To read metadata ACL is required for the given group (or branch), for data editing it is Edit data permission required.

Identifier

A unique identifier by which shared data is read and set.

Notes

An arbitrary text note with no functional meaning.

JSON serialized data

The data itself is serialized in JSON format. Attention, when editing in the administration the interface must maintain the JSON format.
